The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing strategic direction, operational excellence, and compliance within the Seychelles jurisdiction. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive sustainable growth while safeguarding the Company’s reputation and obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for SDL operations in Seychelles.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee corporate governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
• Represent the Company with regulators, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in senior leadership roles within financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of Seychelles regulatory environment and SDL framework.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
