Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible to the Human Resources Management Budget Officer
- Manage the switchboard and the reception area.
- Control access to the offices.
- Ensure the customer entry and exit are logging.
- Attend to queries from customers and direct them to the appropriate offices.
- May be required to assist with documentation reproduction.
Benefits
Salary Band: B2-B3 plus allowances
Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Diploma in Front Office/Customer Service or relevant field; or
- Certificate in Front Office /Customer Service or related field plus at least two year’s work experience as a Customer Service Assistant.
