Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing excellent Customer service, assisting Customers in product selection, maintaining displays, Process sales transactions and support to achieve Sales targets.
- Process sales transactions, Cashiering, Process quotations and issue invoices/receipts through the POS System.
- Assist Warehouse In-Charge by performing regular Stock Counts.
- Collect Customer feedback & resolve matters.
- Support marketing/promotional campaigns at the showroom levels.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Primary or Secondary Educational Qualifications with minimum O/L Examination qualification with pass marks for Mathematics, English and French
- Diploma or higher studies in related field would be a definite advantage
Requirements
- Proven career exposure in showroom operations over 01 to 03 years of retail/Customer service, Cashiering, Sales, Marketing experience (freshers even encouraged to apply)
- Experience in Spare Parts, Home Appliance, and Furniture showroom operations would be a definite advantage
- Strong leadership, Customer service, & Sales-oriented mind-set with a passion for Customer service
- Valid Driving Licence is an added advantage
- Computer Literacy with knowledge of MS Office & Hand on experience in POS Systems, ERP
