Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing excellent Customer service, assisting Customers in product selection, maintaining displays,
- Process sales transactions and support to achieve Sales targets
- Process sales transactions, Cashiering, Process quotations and issue invoices/receipts.
- Collect Customer feedback & resolve matters
- Support marketing/promotional campaigns at the showroom levels
- Perform Customer visits when required, maintain visit logs & handle priority Customers
- Monthly review non/slow moving stock levels and recommend appropriate moving plans
- Handling After Sales, Follow-up Repairs and Coordinate between Customer & Service Center promptly

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven career exposure in showroom operations over 01 to 03 years of retail/Customer service, Cashiering, Sales, Marketing experience
- Experience in Spare Parts, Home Appliance, and Furniture showroom operations would be a definite advantage
- Minimum O/L Examination qualification with pass marks for Mathematics, English and French
- High school diploma or vocational/technical knowledge in appliances/automobiles are added advantages
- Strong leadership, Customer service, & Sales-oriented mind-set with a passion for Customer service
- Valid Driving Licence is an added advantage
- Computer Literacy with knowledge of MS Office & Hand on experience in POS Systems, ERP
