Job Description

Job Summary:

The Site Manager will act as the day-to-day director of operations on site, responsible for the effective supervision of two teams and the quality of services delivered to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• An experienced, organized and proactive supervisor who can manage two teams, coordinate daily site operations, maintain service quality and communicate confidently with the client.
• Should be comfortable taking responsibility for the day-to-day direction of operations, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard, paperwork is accurate and timely, and the client receives regular feedback.
• Previous experience in the specific service being delivered is desirable, but the essential requirement is demonstrated supervisory ability, operational discipline, strong communication and a proactive approach to client service.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Driving License (Class 2)
