WASTEA (PTY) LTD is seeking to recruit a dynamic, committed and highly motivated candidate to fill the above position.
Job Description
To carry out high-quality cleaning jobs across a huge spectrum of tourism and commercial settings. To supervise and lead a group of cleaning technicians. To develop thorough processes that deliver safe, effective and efficient cleaning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly schedules to the sales and admin team.
- Supervise and delegate work to a group of cleaning technicians on a daily basis.
- Maintenance of all vehicles and equipment. (Specialized cleaning equipment)
- Ensure that equipment checklists are completed as per the Health and Safety requirements.
- Provide training to Cleaning Technicians.
- Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are met when working at heights.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role.
- Proven experience working in a cleaning industry.
- Certificate for High Level and Working at Heights Training is a plus.
- Experience in Hygiene installation and removal of equipment.
- Valid Driver’s License.
