Job Description
The Staff Welfare Officer/Cleaner is responsible for keeping host accommodation, recreational facilities, common areas and other host welfare areas clean, safe and well maintained. The role also supports accommodation arrangements, host welfare activities and general day-to-day assistance to the HR team.
Main Tasks
- Clean and maintain host accommodation and common areas.
- Carry out daily cleaning, sanitising and waste removal.
- Report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Assist with room readiness and accommodation inspections.
- Support host welfare activities and events when required.
- Help maintain clean, safe and comfortable host living areas.

Job Requirement
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping or accommodation experience preferred.
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleaning standards.
- Good communication skills and basic English.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Comfortable living and working on a remote island.
