Job Description

Take responsibility for the store, inventory accuracy, stock availability, receiving, storage, stock movements and delivery logistics. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock, monitor stock levels and plan replenishment early enough to account for Mauritius-to-Seychelles lead times. Receive, inspect, label and store products correctly; maintain stock rotation; conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies. Prepare customer orders, coordinate next-day and urgent deliveries, provide realistic production, mixing and delivery timelines, and communicate stock availability and shortages to the team. The Store Keeper will drive the pickup or small delivery vehicle when required and supervise and allocate work to the Store Attendant.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturday as a half-day. Working hours will follow the applicable Seychelles employment requirements and the company’s approved work schedule.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant storekeeping, warehousing or logistics experience.
• Demonstrated inventory-control and stock-record experience.
• Experience planning deliveries and coordinating logistics is preferred.
• Strong organisation, numeracy and attention to detail.
• Good computer and stock-system skills, with clear communication skills.
• Paint, hardware or construction-material experience is advantageous.
• Physically capable of handling paint products safely.
• Valid driving licence required; must be able to drive a pickup or small delivery vehicle.
