Job Description
Job Purpose
The Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving the digital systems that support the organization’s processes and its users. They act as smart hands and feet for the infra and applications at site and are point of contact for the business users at site for their incident resolution via service desk. They leverage their technical expertise in infra and applications (including nuances of sites) to ensure business continuity and smooth operation

Job Requirements
Industry Associations: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA for Infrastructure Engineer,
- Microsoft Certified
Developer for Application Engineer) are a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical role relevant to either infrastructure or application development
Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools
