Job Description
Role Overview
As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers over the phone. You’ll represent our products with confidence, provide accurate information, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer queries, and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and usage guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve processes.
- Promote products and services where appropriate.
Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential.
