Job Description
The Villa / Pool / Garden Attendant is responsible for maintaining villa pools, gardens, ponds and outdoor areas to a high standard of cleanliness, safety and presentation. The role combines pool care, garden upkeep, basic maintenance and support with guest requirements to ensure villa outdoor areas are well maintained at all times.
Main Tasks
- Clean and maintain villa pools, terraces and outdoor areas.
- Test pool water and monitor pool equipment and filtration systems.
- Maintain gardens, plants, ponds and surrounding villa areas.
- Prepare pool and outdoor areas for guest arrivals and daily use.
- Carry out basic painting, touch-ups and minor maintenance when required.
- Report maintenance issues and support guest requests when needed.

Job Requirement
Requirements
- Previous experience in pool maintenance, landscaping, villa maintenance or a similar role.
- Good understanding of pool cleaning, water treatment and basic pool systems.
- Basic knowledge of gardening, landscaping and general maintenance.
- Good attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Good English and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in a resort, villa or hospitality environment is an advantage.
