Position Summary

Seeking for a service-oriented waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. Providing exceptional service to guests, ensure a memorable dining experience, and maintain high standards of hospitality. Passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before and during service.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally.
• Clear tables and reset them efficiently.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas at all times.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Teamwork and cooperation.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
