Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a busy A la Carte Restaurant with a seating capacity of more than 100 guests.
• Experience in a Sushi Restaurant. Serving sushi cuisine.
• Ability to work on point of sale computer system.
• Must be able to work in a demanding environment and multitask and handle a busy section during service.
• Front of House cleanliness, Mize en Plus, table settings, Restaurant set up.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu, drink and wine list, order taking, upselling and recommending menu items for guests.
• Food & Beverage service delivery in accordance with Restaurant standards.
• Bar work, assisting pouring beverages, barista work, cocktail making
• Professional, friendly, awesome service exceeding guest’s expectations.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods during service and fit and healthy to carry heavy trays and be able to provide fast paced service.
• Natural ability and passion for the hospitality industry.
• Shift Work required– Monday—Saturday (One day off per Week-Sunday)
• Reliable, good attendance and time keeping are imperative. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
