Project and Administrative Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate administration across multiple projects in a multi-site environment.
• To prepare/track purchase orders, material request, quotations, deliveries, supplier documentation/invoices.
• Liaising with local suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle staff administration including attendance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant working experience
• Diploma or Bachelor in a related field
• Strong Microsoft office including excel skills
• Class 2 driving license
