Job Description

Job Summary

The Technical Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, and reporting of day-to-day technical operations and projects. The role carries responsibility for the effective delivery, discipline, coordination, and technical performance of assigned teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical operations and projects.
• Supervise and coordinate technical teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and technical performance.
• Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of operational and technical issues.
• Review and interpret electrical, mechanical, shop, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate technical activities with relevant departments, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and submit required technical and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Ensure timely planning, reporting, and escalation of issues.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a contracting or technical environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems and the ability to interpret shop drawings and construction drawings.
• IT Skills: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
