Post Title: Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
Summary of duties:
Provide courteous and efficient front-line customer service by dealing with straight forward queries and provide information and procedural matters. Act as usher by welcoming, directing and guiding visitors to the respective offices. Relays telephone calls and messages whenever required. Receiving and dispatching of mails. Receiving and direct complaints to the respective officers. Ensure all interactions are handled professionally while promoting a positive image of the organization and delivering high quality customer service.
Benefits
Remuneration will depend on Qualifications & Experience in accordance with Scheme of Service.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Certificate OR Diploma in Business/Office Administration
- OR SHTTC (Front Office) Certificate
- Good written and spoken communication skills in all three languages (English/French/Creole) is an advantage
Experience
At least 1-2 years’ experience as Receptionist/Customer service Assistant or equivalent. Experience is dealing directly with the public and handling enquiries in a professional manner is desirable.
