Role Overview

  • We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic candidate to join our Customer Service Team and help deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and committed to creating a positive and lasting customer experience. They should understand customer satisfaction, anticipate changing customer needs, and communicate effectively.
  • A strong willingness to learn, together with the ability to understand and retain information on multiple products and services, is essential. The role also requires someone mature, reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changes in Customer Service Centre schedules. As the position involves handling payment transactions, honesty and trustworthiness are essential. If you are passionate about working with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and leading company.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Office Management, Business Studies, Front Office, Tourism, or an equivalent qualification; or
  • Technical qualification at diploma level in an IT-related field, with an aptitude for and/or interest in working with people, will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Outgoing, confident, and passionate about working with people.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Good oral and written command of English and French.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to navigate Outlook.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Mature, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Clean police character certificate.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or related environment would be an advantage.
