Job Description
Summary of the Main Duties and Responsibilities.
The Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in accordance with four-star hotel standards.
This role manages guest check-in and check-out procedures, handles reservations, responds to guest inquiries, and performs cashiering functions accurately and efficiently. The Front Office Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests and ensures a seamless and memorable stay experience.

Job Requirements
Minimum job entry requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate in Front office operations and or similar to administrative operations
- Between one- or two-years experiences in similar position
- Experiences in the Hotel industry is a requirement
- Great customer service skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player and willing to go the extra miles to meet guest expectations
