Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursement and ensure compliance with approved terms.
- Monitor projects and loan performance, including site visits and reporting.
- Support customers with repayment challenges and review repayment plans where necessary.
- Maintain accurate loan records, including collateral and insurance details.
- Compile the required department’s monthly scheduled reports to support the decision-making process regarding the bank’s lending strategies
- Process loan applications, conduct due diligence, and liaise with Risk and Compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation, handle customer queries, and uphold service standards.
- Verify to ascertain that all financial transactions being applied by the department are in conformity with the relevant local and international laws and regulations governing the bank’s operations
- Prepare work schedules, assign specific duties and supervise the work of subordinate staff
- Uphold the bank’s values and culture in the day-to-day deliverables of duties
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance plus 5 years’ relevant working experience
OR - ACCA Level 2 plus 3 years’ post qualifying experience
OR - Advanced Diploma in Business Studies and Accounting plus 5 years relevant working experience
