Albright Compliance Advisors Limited provides outsourced and advisory compliance services to financial services providers and licensees regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services regulators.

To support our growing client base, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Compliance Consultant to join our team on a consultancy basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional who wants to contribute to high-value advisory work supporting financial services clients on regulatory compliance, governance and AML/CFT matters.

What you will do

The successful candidate will support Albright and its clients in areas such as:

• Advising Securities Dealers and other financial services licensees on regulatory and AML/CFT obligations.
• Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, risk assessments and internal controls.
• Supporting Compliance Officer and MLRO functions, including compliance monitoring, screening, reporting and escalation of regulatory matters.
• Performing compliance reviews, CDD/EDD file reviews, AML/CFT testing and gap assessments.
• Preparing regulatory returns, board reports, client reports and correspondence with the FSA and other competent authorities.
• Delivering compliance and AML/CFT training to clients and staff.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and helping clients remain aligned with applicable requirements.

Where appropriate, the consultant may also be considered for Compliance Officer / MLRO appointments, subject to client requirements and applicable regulatory approval or fit and proper assessment.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should have:

• A relevant degree or equivalent professional background in Law, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Risk Management or a related field.
• A recognised compliance, AML/CFT or financial crime qualification, such as ICA, ACAMS/CAMS or equivalent.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in compliance, AML/CFT, audit, legal, regulatory supervision or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of, or the ability to quickly understand, the Seychelles regulatory environment for Securities Dealers and other FSA-regulated entities.
• The ability to meet applicable fit and proper expectations, including integrity, competence, sound judgement and financial soundness.
• Strong report-writing, analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle confidential client matters professionally.
