Job Description
The Shipping Documentation Officer is responsible for the preparation, filing, and management of all shipping documentation for Mahe Shipping Co. Limited. This includes managing manifests, declarations, Notices of Arrival (NOAs), cargo release orders, and handling client queries. The Shipping Documentation Officer will ensure that all documentation is submitted accurately and on time, complying with both local and international shipping regulations. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, overseas agents, and external clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in shipping documentation, freight forwarding or logistics will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
