Job Description
Lead the day-to-day operation of the Sofap showroom and supervise the showroom team. Ensure customers receive professional service, sales targets are supported, stock and cash/card procedures are controlled, and the showroom is well presented, organised and safe. Allocate daily duties, monitor attendance and performance, coach staff, handle customer complaints and report operational, stock and sales matters to the Manager.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturday as a half-day. Working hours will follow the applicable Seychelles employment requirements and the company’s approved work schedule.

Job Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant retail, showroom or customer-service experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Experience managing sales targets, stock control and cash/card procedures.
- Strong people-management, communication and customer-service skills.
- Good computer and administrative skills; organised and able to allocate work effectively.
- Paint, coatings, hardware or construction-industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving licence required.
