Air Seychelles is in search of a Technical Support Supervisor to ensure strict data governance, drives continuous improvement in recordkeeping practices and partners with the Technical Services, Maintenance, Planning, compliance, airworthiness and regulatory authorities to support safe and efficient flight operations.
Job Description
A summary of your responsibilities will include but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Supervise the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance documentation, including AMMs, IPCs, wiring diagrams, SBs, ADs, MEL/CDL, service bulletins, job cards, and modifications; ensure all documents reflect current revisions and are correctly distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Update and supervise maintenance software with regards to Aircraft hours, cycles/landings, component removal and installations, Airworthiness Directive, Service Bulletin compliance, modifications, repairs, scheduled tasks and defects.
- Collaborate with Technical Services, Compliance, and Maintenance Planning to validate revisions and ensure work packs mirror current configurations and modifications.
- Interface with IT/IS teams to maintain the integrity of the documentation systems, ensure data security, and implement enhancements (search ability, indexing, and user access controls) (EASA PART IS Requirement)
- Supervise the receipt, scanning, indexing, cataloging, retention, and tracking of both digital and hard-copy technical records, work packs, and documentation in accordance with EASA, ICAO, and local CAA regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of publications through DRS, Toughbook and all other electronic libraries, and approved distribution channels; track acknowledgments and access rights.

Job Requirements
Our Preferred Profile:
- IGCSE/O’ Level pass in Mathematics and English,
- Diploma in Business studies
- Five years’ work experience, preferably in an administrative role in the airline industry
- Good knowledge of Technical records and archiving
- Excellent computer skills
- General knowledge of Aviation (advantage)
- Analytical and meticulous to details
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Able to efficiently work independently and as part of a team
- Good administrative proficiencies
