Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and outgoing person with knowledge and experience in Waitering.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serving of meals and beverages to the Guests in a professional, efficient and courteous attitude
- Taking orders from the guests and have a full understanding of the menus available to the guests
- Assisting with guest queries, requests and needs
- Assisting with guest arrivals, guest payments and departures, when necessary
- Clearing of tables during and after service and help with the cleaning of all used crockery, glasses and other items used during service
- Cleaning of the designated areas to the high levels of hygiene required
- Setting up of Service mis en place for the respective shifts
- Changing of the linen when required
- Cleaning and refilling of necessary condiments
- Setting of tables to set standards
- Covering and assisting with duties of other departments when necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the service pantry, kitchen and bar
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and dress
Working Hours: Generally 07h00 to 15h00 or 15h00 to 23h00, but can be discussed

Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year Experience in Waitering
