Job Description

Job summary

Support the coordination of visits, meetings, workshops logistics of the bilateral and multilateral partnerships. Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, responding to correspondence, researching background material, responding to visitors through telephone calls/face-to face contact, arranging meetings or travel. Provide administrative support to the unit and ensuring protocol measures.

Work location: Ministry of Health, Maison Hermitage

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Diploma in relevant fields plus 5 years of working experience, Or
  • Certificate in relevant fields plus 8 years’ work experience
