Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of SMSA’s corporate strategy, finance and corporate services functions, ensuring effective governance, resources management, and performance monitoring.
The Director Corporate Strategy and Performance drives institutional strengthening, oversees financial stewardship, and ensures corporate services are aligned with SMSA’s mandate and international maritime governance standards.
Benefits
Salary Band: B6 plus allowances
Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategy Management, Public Administration, Finance plus twelve years relevant work experience; or
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Public Administration, Finance plus twelve years relevant work experience.
