Job Description

In order to assist in the development of the Heineken brand throughout all segments of the retail market in the Seychelles:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding visual brand standard (Retail shops and Supermarkets)
• Assist with the sales process by taking customers order and ensure stock order
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information and advise customers
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate with the back office regarding settlements and holdings
• Follow up of customers order : preparation, invoicing , delivery
• Assist with coordinating of events to promote the Heineken Brand

Job Requirements

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Sales and trade background
• Good driving experience with a valid Driver’s License (Police report)
• Must speak and write in French and English
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to identify and priorities requirements
• Excellent computer skills
• Prepare to work odd hours at times
