Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a candidate with sales and IT knowledge to join our IT team as a Skynamo App Champion and first-line IT support.

In this role, you will report to the IT Manager and be responsible for training and supporting our sales team in using the Skynamo app effectively, analyzing data related to the app’s performance, and identifying areas for optimization.

You will also be responsible for creating and modifying forms in the Skynamo app, monitoring the app to ensure that orders are processed accurately and integrated with our ERP system, and providing first-line IT support to the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Train and support our sales team in using the Skynamo app effectively
• Analyze data related to the app’s performance and create regular reports
• Monitor the Skynamo app to ensure that it is running smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Create and modify forms in the Skynamo app as needed
• Ensure accurate data entry and order processing within the app
• Identify areas for optimization and implement changes
• Provide first-line IT support to the organization

Job Requirements

Required Technical Skills:

• Sales experience and a strong understanding of sales processes
• IT experience and a deep knowledge of software systems
• Experience working with sales apps or CRM systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing workflows
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with form creation and modification in software systems
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

Language Skills:

Proficient in English
