Post Title: Vehicle Sales Executive
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Description
As sales executive, you will be responsible for selling our company’s vehicles to individuals, corporate, and all other categories of clients.
Duties
- Process sales of vehicle (inbound and out bound)
- Help to market the vehicles
- Providing details to customer
- Negotiate delivery and price variations
- Advise customers regarding payment options and draft payment plans
- Collection of payment & process receipts
- Delivery of vehicles to client
- Inspection of vehicle pre delivery
- Explain feature and their functions to customers
- Contacting all relevant bodies such as bank, SLTA, SLA and SRC when necessary
- Check list all vehicles in bond (stock take)
- Maintain contact with existing customers through meetings, emails and via telephone
- Creation of marketing material for FB and Instagram plus management of social media platforms plus other media (television, newspaper, television)
- Assist at port during consignment clearing
- Prepare costings for vehicles
- Compile and save both physical and digital copies of client files
- Prepare specification sheets for incoming vehicle models
- Update records of sales and orders – Tracked progress of existing orders by contacting or liaising with suppliers.
- Keep track of quantities of cars on display & administrate showroom
- Compile costing for new vehicle consignment
- Remove cars from bond in Asycuda
- Assist and compile monthly reports
- Report vehicle sales and vehicle receipts in Evolve
Research Work:
- Maintain familiarity with our products by keeping up to date with our line of vehicles sold, through online and off-line training.
- Knowing what makes our products the best choice for customers (Differentiating from other Vehicles in the Market)
- Stay updated regarding competitor’s products.
- Kept up to date on changes in pricing, different incentives, campaigns and shows opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration/ related field OR
- A’ Level or Diploma holder plus experience in the Sales and automotive field (1 year) OR
- SIT in Mechanical Engineering Graduate plus relevant Sales experience
