Job Summary:

Process and follow up on payments operations as per set and attend to basic customer issues, such as returns, and escalate issues appropriately

Job Requirements

Minimum Entry Requirement

Diploma in Accounting & Business Studies/ Office Management /AAT Level 2, at least 1-year relevant experience in banking / finance field
