Job Description
Looking for a dynamic and outgoing person with knowledge and experience in Hotel Kitchen.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
- Preparing mise en place for meals on a daily basis
- Taking orders from wait staff
- Cooking orders according to food health and safety standards
- Helping with menu design and creating new menu items when necessary
- Handling multiple food orders at one time
- Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
- Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner
- Storing all food properly
- Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils
- Reordering stock and food supplies for store
- Maintaining stores
- Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed
- Weekly basis work on bakery/bakery mise en place and producing required bakery/pastry items
- Ensuring general cleanliness throughout all work stations
- Always Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Working Hours: Generally 07h00 to 15h00 or 15h00 to 23h00, but can be discussed

Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years Experience in Kitchen
