Job Description
Hensley&Cook Limited is looking for a Corporate Service Consultant with an undergraduate or a postgraduate qualification in business or other area specific to the functions held in the Corporate Services portfolio.
The new member must be fluent in English and French and will be responsible for the operations of the Seychelles office including incorporation and administration of companies, Trust, Foundations, Investment Fund Administration, Yacht Registrations, knowledgeable in IPO company listings, Fin-tech solutions and other international structures, including but not limited to companies in the UAE, Hong Kong, Mauritius, Philippines, Singapore BVI, Belize, Guernsey, Jersey, Malta and the Seychelles.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting or International Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years in the Seychelles Corporate Service Sector
- Proficient in Business English and French
- Strong business development skills
- Well-versed in cross border estate planning and asset protection advisory
- Compliance Certificate (Minimum ICA Diploma or equivalent)
- Certificate from Chartered Institute o Securities and Investments
- Should have been previously Fit and proper by the FSA for ICSP, FS, ITS, and MLRO, Compliance Officer or Alternate Compliance Officer
The new member will report directly to the MD and will be in direct contact with clients. International travels and meetings abroad have to be expected.
Hensley&Cook is not the typical provider of offshore structures, but is mainly involved in the set-up of operational structures, which come with a high demand of client interaction, high responsiveness and thorough knowledge of related processes and regulations.
The candidate is expected to have worked in the field of corporate service, has to be eager to continuously learn about the latest development in this industry and has to show a good work ethos.
